Aim: To focus on providing high quality organisational and workforce development support through the provision of training, bespoke packages, facilitation and consultancy services which result in a more robust and resilient youth and community sector

 

Objectives: 

  • To positively influence the future sustainability of the youth and community sector through the provision of high-quality workforce development and youth leadership opportunities

  • To provide a greater awareness and understanding of what good youth and community work looks like through the delivery of bespoke creative and alternative informal learning opportunities for youth and/or community based organisations  

  • To foster the development of local, regional, national and international connections, relationships and networks, for example Cities and Regions of Learning, collaboration with Beasily, facilitation of networking conferences

  • To provide consultancy and organisational development support for other statutory, voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise (VCSFE) organisations working in the field of youth and community work
