with young people, young people’s services, communities and community groups. Think Forward C.I.C do this through:

Aim: To focus on providing high quality organisational and workforce development support through the provision of training, bespoke packages, facilitation and consultancy services which result in a more robust and resilient youth and community sector
Objectives:
To positively influence the future sustainability of the youth and community sector through the provision of high-quality workforce development and youth leadership opportunities
To provide a greater awareness and understanding of what good youth and community work looks like through the delivery of bespoke creative and alternative informal learning opportunities for youth and/or community based organisations
To foster the development of local, regional, national and international connections, relationships and networks, for example Cities and Regions of Learning, collaboration with Beasily, facilitation of networking conferences
To provide consultancy and organisational development support for other statutory, voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise (VCSFE) organisations working in the field of youth and community work
